Do you have experience in provisioning and want to be part of the UK's #1 independent provider of voice, connectivity, mobile, phone system and cloud services.

Daisy Communications are recruiting for a New Business Jeopardy Manager. You will mainly be overseeing all New Business orders and working with both provisioning (all products but mainly Ethernet at present) ensuring that the orders go through to bill as quickly as possibly to create a perfect experience for our new customers.

Location: Nelson

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Responsibilities:

* Providing exceptional support and service to our customers

* To support the provisioning teams and sales teams by running daily reports on current orders and looking for bottle necks and delays and trying to alleviate these blockages.

* Provisioning and Managing customer orders using our mainframe internal systems as required

* Liaise with Partners and suppliers to resolve issues taking full ownership, providing regular, proactive updates.

* Handle incoming escalation calls from our customers and sales as required

* Investigation into root cause of recurrent provisioning issues

* Provide technical advice to Sales agents and internal staff and report back on areas of concern such as repeated issues with solutions sold by sales and make recommendations for improvement

* Attend customer face to face meeting as and when required

* Co-ordinate jobs and arrange engineer visits as required

* Schedule and action all tasks to completion within specified timescales

* Ensure all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact

Do you have the following experience?

* Telecoms experience essential, including Mobile, Voice or Data related.

* Be able to demonstrate an ability to work within a fast paced environment within the service industry.

* Take ownership of issues and follow through to conclusion

* Sound questioning and listening skills, being able to pinpoint the exact issue in order to get a resolution.

* To build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally.
