An IT Helpdesk Engineer is required by a successful IT Services company based in NW London (Near Wembley). You will provide 1st line support to a wide range of organisations in Greater London (our client supports over 3000 users) and excellent training and development is available.

A salary of up to GBP25,000 plus benefits and excellent progression opportunities is available.

You will ideally have at least 12 months IT Support experience supporting a wide range of technologies such as: Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows Servers. Any knowledge of supporting Mac OS would be desirable.

CLIENT

A well established and successful IT services company who employ over 30 staff and offer excellent career prospects. The company specialise in proving IT support services to schools and SME's in the Greater London area.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- IT support in a client facing position (ideally for an MSP)
- A good knowledge of Office 365
- Any knowledge of VMware or Citrix would be useful.
- Microsoft certifications would be advantageous
