OVERVIEW
To provide a professional and comprehensive support service to the Project team, in ensuring that all engineering solutions are delivered to an agreed strategy.
KEY ROLE DELIVERABLES
• Managing parts of construction projects
• Overseeing building work and undertaking site surveys
• Setting out sites and organising facilities
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
• ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
• Developing CAD/ design drawings for the clients and asset owners
• Any other reasonable requests as required by Management • It is expected that of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu-3 company core values
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
• Engineering related degree.
• CSCS card
• Member of professional institution.
