A Scrum Master / Requirements Engineer with experience in a similar role is required by a market leading, global company based near Cambridge. The successful candidate will join in a 'hands on' position and will be tasked with ensuring the efficient progress of the companies development team.
Any experience with software that controls hardware would be advantegeous
A salary of up to GBP45k is available however this could be flexible for exceptional candidates.
What you will be doing;
Identification and definition of user stories
Processing of back log items to ensure they are ready for development
Liaison with the UX team to ensure user interface matches design guides.
Moderation of stand up meetings
Sprint planning
Coordination with other company Scrum Masters to coordinate releases
What you will need;
Previous experience in a Scrum Master role
Great communication skills
Experience with software that controls hardware would be very useful
Azure DevOps, SharePoint or Teams experience would be advantegeous.
