Back shift (Apply online only)
Production Supervisors / Senior Section Leaders / Production Managers to cover "back shift" (Apply online only)) required for a manufacturer in the North Yorkshire region. Your role will be to manage a small team of Section Leaders, with responsibility for approximately 70 staff overall. You will be working to ensure that quality and time objectives are met, motivating by providing a positive and supportive approach.
You need to be able to demonstrate:
Solid experience in a role of Senior Section Leader, Production Supervisor or similar
A "can-do" attitude and collaborative approach
Experience in managing a team using a collaborative and supportive approach, whilst being able to take a firm hand in any disciplinary issues
Strong planning and organisation skills
Experience from a manufacturing environment
Good knowledge and experience of health, safety, quality and environment requirements in accordance with ISO standards
Your energy and positive leadership, as you build the culture and establish the team as the company grows
