My client is a global technology company with a wide range of products and systems.
Due to expansion, they currently require an IT Support Technician - Microsoft / Windows to join their IT team in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
You will be responsible for providing IT Support to the user base in Great Yarmouth, which will include remote support. This role is primarily focused on 1st and 2nd Line helpdesk and desktop support.
Skills and Experience required for the IT Support Technician - Microsoft / Windows, will include:
-Excellent understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016
-Good administrative understanding of Microsoft Server 2012/ 2016, including Group Policy deployment.
-Knowledge of networking techniques and protocols, an administrative understanding of switches including VLANs
-System Administration using Active Directory, Exchange 2010 and Windows Update Services
-PC builds and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems.
