EVEC Supervisor - 12 month FTC
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting visitors and helping them to understand the role of the centre and the benefits of going electric
* Taking short term test drives
* Encouraging long term test drives
* An exemplary member of staff, helping to keep other gurus engaged and driven
* Address visitor issues and complaints
* Ensuring visitors are met at front of store, and that gurus are engaging and role modelling centre behaviours
* Support Assistant Manager where required
* Meet regularly with management team to stay informed on company issues
* Be aware of how we are tracking against weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
* Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
* Uphold and enforce company policies
* Support Assistant Manager in managing the fleet - tracking vehicles that are going out in the morning and during day, ensuring any vehicles being picked up are ready and in suitable condition
* Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met - opening & closing procedures, fire, health & safety etc
* Support Assistant Manager in upholding standards for short & long term test drives
* Cleanliness of shop floor, ensuring rota is upheld
* Accountable for stock management such as charging cables, marketing material such as leaflets etc and centre resources such as stationary
* Support General Manager with conference room bookings and food ordering for events
* Help with training new hires
* Raise concerns to AM or GM regarding employee complaints or performance issues
* Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction supporting team engagement
* Ensure the team is motivated and out there with visitors and engaging them
* Delegating tasks to Gurus where needed
* Artist work for chalkboards - promote people in to centre
* Idea generation, events, processes, staff
