Job Title: Business Co-ordinator
Location: Crawley
Hours: rotating shifts, Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm / 9am - 6pm / 11am - 8pm
The Role
A competitive and extremely reliable logistics solution company are looking to recruit a business co-ordinator for a busy transport office in Crawley.
The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure to tight deadlines whilst demonstrating excellent customer service to communicate with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities of a business co-ordinator will include
* Answering the telephones and emails in a timely and appropriate manner
* Dealing with customer queries and complaints effectively daily, ensuring excellent service at all times.
* Dealing with drivers queries appropriately, and ensuring drivers collections and deliveries are completed to schedule
* Generate quotes for both new and existing customers
* Prepare administration within set time-scales
* Manage key customer accounts, including overseeing insurance, returns, delivery times and standards
Experience and Qualifications
* Must have 1 + year's experience in logistics preferably in a similar role
* High attention to detail with outstanding Customer service skills.
* Adhering to a variety details in a time critical fashion.
