Sales Co-ordinator
Due to increasing growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Bicester based client on a permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities will include:-
- Sales order processing - client and order details entered accurately on bespoke system
- Excellent Customer service manner - when dealing with deliveries and any customer concerns
- Managing end user enquiries for retail pricing and basic product details - Liaising with the Technical team for support
- Providing support and cover for Sales Office
- Managing advertising leads
Knowledge and Skills required for the role :-
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills - written and telephone
- High level of MS Office skills (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Quick to grasp new ideas and concepts
- Flexibility working attitude
- Aptitude for working under pressure in a structured, efficient manner
- Thorough attention to detail
- Accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proven experience working in a busy sales office
