We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Chef for a stunning new property based in Malpas, Cheshire.
Our Client is a small independent company running two high quality 'Gastro Inns' within Cheshire. Each property has a busy bar and food business, 16 boutique bedrooms and an event suite.
We aim to be the talk of the North when it comes to great food and drink, a home from home to stay at and hospitality served by the friendliest people.
Responsibilities:
- maintaining very high standards in the quality of food and presentation to breakfast guests and preparing food generally
- delivering excellent customer satisfaction whilst ensuring all food is served consistently to the same standard
- Maintaining a positive, happy working environment
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are adhered to receipt and storage of provisions; monitoring stock rotation and ensuring that all food is labelled clearly and correctly
- to work comfortably alone when required
About you:
- Strong team player
- Great organisational skills
- Experience of working within a fresh food establishment
