Our client, a regional plant hire company based in Diss are currently seeking a Plant Hire Administrator to join their busy team.

Main Duties to include:

* Responding to customer enquiries about heavy plant/small tools hire by whether by phone or email.

* Liaise with other team members including workshop, transport, suppliers, customers etc to ensure the smooth running of the department and to comply with company policies, standards and any relevant legislation.

* Preparation of quotes for customers, answering queries.

* Process all on hire and off hire requirements on the hire management software (InspHire).

* Be proficient in all aspects of plant hire management and general administration.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

* Relevant experience within the plant hire industry or Internal Hire Controller.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and work with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

* Able to work as part of a team to ensure team objective and targets are met.

* Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office.

* Experience of using the InspHire software advantageous but not essential.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am till 5.30pm with half hour lunch break. Due to location own transport is essential.
