Building Services Engineer
A privately owned company within the facilities management industry are looking for mechanical biased, Building Services Engineer to work on a large site in Abingdon. The role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of a banking environment, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance. Services would cover all the equipment within your building
Candidate Specification:
Mechanical qualified - Apprentice Served
Knowledge of AC / AHUs / pumps / motors / generators /L8 awareness etc.
Commercial Gas (Desirable)
F-Gas (Desirable)
Ideally have NEBOSH or similar H&S qualifications
Able to pass security clearance
Salary & Benefits:
GBP37,000 - GBP39,000
