We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie for a well established boutique hotel based in Tarporley, Cheshire.
Our Client is a small independent company running two high quality 'Gastro Inns' within Cheshire. Each property has a busy bar and food business, 16 boutique bedrooms and an event suite.
We aim to be the talk of the North when it comes to great food and drink, a home from home to stay at and hospitality served by the friendliest people.
Our chefs work in large modern kitchens with Josper ovens in addition to Rationals and all the equipment needed to run a busy fresh food operation.
Responsibilities as Chef De Partie:
- maintaining very high standards in the quality of food and presentation to guests and preparing food
- delivering excellent customer satisfaction whilst ensuring all food is served consistently to the same standard
- Maintaining a positive, happy working environment
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are adhered to receipt and storage of provisions; monitoring stock rotation and ensuring that all food is labelled clearly and correctly
- to work comfortably alone when required
To be successful as a Chef De Partie:
- Strong team player
- Great organisational skills
- Experience of working within a fresh food establishment
In return for your hard work and dedication you will be rewarded with a salary of up to GBP24,000 Per Annum plus company benefits.
