About the Role
As a Business Manager you will be an enthusiastic, professional, and proactive individual who has a strong working knowledge of the sale and of finance and insurance Products. You must be able to uphold the excellent reputation that this dealership has, maintaining customer satisfaction levels and customer retention. There will be Monthly Compliance Returns to complete as well as maintaining and reconciling DOC and Finance Control logs. Ensuring compliance with all company processes and GDPR consents are discussed and logged correctly.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
* Already be a Business manager or a experienced Sales Executive looking for progression with a consistent work history
* Main Dealership experience is essential
* Be highly organised with the ability to communicate at all levels, building relationships with customers and the other members of the sales team.
* Support the Sales Management Teams, helping to motivate, coach and support the Sales Team
* Protect and Promote the Value Chain Products
* Maintain Professional working relationships with all manufacturer partners.
* Be of smart appearance at all times and hold a full clean UK driving licence.
