CHEF REQUIRED - BUSY RESTAURANT AT A HOLIDAY PARK - PREMIUM OFFERING - GBP11.00 P/H

We are working with a business looking to recruit a Chef for a premium Holiday Park venue. This large, popular venue, with a number of privately owned and holiday lets. There are a range of exclusive lodges on-site with a large, premium dining restaurant.

The group is one of the fastest growing Holiday Park businesses in the UK, managing over 15 properties across the UK and delivering a high quality, premium offering across all their parks.

THE ROLE

As a Line Chef, we are looking for someone who can work closely with the Head Chef and help with deliver dishes in line with the required high standard, working closely with the team, you will:

* Cover various sections of the kitchen, completing preparation and service in line with expectations

* Deliver a consistently high standard and execute dishes with care and attention

* Offer support to the Head Chef and deal with any queries as needed

* Complete stock control, ordering and complying with Health & Safety requirements

* Assist with the development of junior team members

* Work closely with the front of house team, ensuring a close team environment across the business

We are looking for someone who can be an integral part of the kitchen team, whilst all applications are considered, this role is ideally suited to someone who comes from a similar environment and it would be beneficial if you:

* Gained experience in a professional kitchen

* Have gained experience across all sections of the kitchen

* Have good communication skills, both verbal and written
