Kent Blaxill is a family-owned business with eighteen sites across the East of England. We offer paint, timber, glass, ironmongery, tools, landscaping, building supplies and much, much more. We have also been known as a leading kitchen and bathroom specialist since 1963. Our showrooms have since build up and enviable reputation for quality and service and we specialise in helping our customers find the right products, at a price that suits them best.

Our Saffron Walden branch is home to all things decorating and is Cambridgeshires' premier decorators merchant. We are stockists of Dulux Trade, Crown Trade, Armstead, Tikkurila, BEDEC, Zinsser and many more trusted trade paints. We also stock designer paints and have a full range of wallpaper collections. We offer a fantastic colour mixing service along with wood treatments, protective and specialist coatings and a complete range of decorators' sundry items.

And the role???

Due to an internal promotion, joining us as Branch Supervisor, you will help manage and motivate the team to achieve both branch and company objectives. You'll deliver an exceptional customer service, dealing with customers in a prompt and effective manner.

What we're looking for???

We're looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus and previous supervisory / team leader experience. Results driven, you will be comfortable dealing with customers and closing sales whilst understanding how to maintain stock levels.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Knowledge of decorating products is desirable but not essential as full product training will be provided.
