We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Analyst to join our Business Planning and Analysis team. Reporting into the Planning Controller, you will support all elements of the planning cycle at Taylor & Francis, including the monthly forecast, annual budget, strategic plan and business planner.
This role will also work closely with the Finance Business Partnering and Reporting teams as well as the wider business to ensure a cohesive approach is taken across all elements of planning.

What you will be doing:
* Assisting and guiding the Divisional Finance team in forecast, budget and planning processes to ensure rigour in all aspects of the company's financial planning.
* Maintaining the cadence of the planning cycle for the Divisional Finance team and wider business ensuring key dates and deliverables are shared and understood.
* Developing effective techniques and processes for financial planning.
* Managing ad hoc queries, including preparation of additional 'one-off' analysis.
* Undertaking analysis work required by projects (requirement gathering, functional specification creation, process mapping etc.) whilst also managing small to medium projects when required.
* Preparing and maintaining the required documents for all forecast, budget and planning meetings.
* Designing, developing, delivering and maintaining best practice documentation of processes and procedures for users to reference and access information efficiently and effectively.
* Assisting and deputising for the Planning Controller as required
