Our Public Sector client is looking to recruit an Employment Restart Team Leader on a 2 month initial contract basis.
The main purpose of the role will be to lead a team of Employment Coaches, Advisors, Trainers and Support Staff who will be offering support to the residents of Bristol by supporting individuals who have been in long term unemployment or those affected by the economic impact of COVID-19 return to work.
Your main role will be to:
* Lead, motivate and inspire a teams of employment advisors to achieve team and individual targets
* You will facilitate team meetings and catchups to keep people engaged.
* Engage with local partnerships such as Chambers of Commerce, Small Businesses and JCP (Job Centre Plus) to raise awareness of the programme to encourage referrals
* Ensure a positive customer experience for service users
* Ensure Customer Service Standards are met and exceeded
* Train and guide Team Members
* Ensure compliance with data standards and regulations.
* Engage, understand needs and build relationship with clients.
Please note this role will require a "face to face" service with customers and will need attendance at various sites across Bristol.
The ideal candidate will have past leadership and management experience ideally in a similar role within the recruitment, employability, employment or careers sectors.
The roles are offering a hourly rate of GBP14.86 - GBP16.00 per hour PAYE plus accrued holiday pay.
