We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our bakery team in Perivale. The role will be the centre point of our operation, receiving goods and drivers back into our bakery, alongside despatching orders and getting ready for our daily operations.

The Role:

The role will suit someone who has experience across Transport and Warehouse functions within a FMCG environment. Working at our busy bakery you will manage the loading bay effectively. Key tasks will include:

• Control Goods-In, ensuring all deliveries are accurate and compliant

• Lead our packing operation for national customers

• Complete vehicle checks with returning drivers and resolve any issues

• Help maintain our fleet of vehicles

• Maintain a clean and clear working environment

• Manage our palletised storage and all front of hour operations

• You will lead a small team across the bakery

The role will require shift work, which will typically be starting at 6:00, but also include some night shifts.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a "can do" attitude and a drive to succeed. You must have strong communication skills and be able to manage competing priorities.

In addition to the above, you must have the following prerequisites:

• At least 3 years working in warehousing and 1 year leading a team

• Experience of FMCG

• A forklift license & Full driving license
