We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Accounts Assistance in Horsforth, Leeds. If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Sage Accounting Software and are looking for the flexibility of a part time position, this could be the role for you.
Location - Horsforth, Leeds
Salary - GBP18 per hour, dependant on experience
Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 10:00am - 14:30pm (some flexibility)

Accounts Administrator Responsibilities:
To provide accounting and clerical support to our busy two office based in Leeds and Manchester
As the sole accounts' member on-site, your tasks will include:
- Maintenance of the companies purchase and sales ledger
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit Control
- Prepare bank deposits and statements
- VAT returns
- Basic administration
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers
The right candidate will have:
- Proven accounting experience
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
- Competence with Sage accounting experience, with at least 2 years experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Ability to perform filling and record keeping tasks
