About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment & Resourcing Manager to join SOCOTEC UK, the UK's number 1 testing, inspection & compliance organisation.
This role will be critical to support our ambitious business growth and development plans.
Reporting directly to the UK HR Director, this new role will be integral to UK HR Operations and our HR Central Services Team.
Partnering the senior business stakeholders and working in collaboration with the HR team you will create the SOCOTEC UK talent attraction strategy and support the growth of the Early Careers talent agenda across the business.
You will be responsible for management of the recruitment partners relationships, SOCOTEC careers Social Media Agenda and links with further education and professional institutions.

Your challenge will include:
- Development of a strong UK EVP and brand identity to support the recruitment agenda
- Utilisation and development of recruitment channels including social media
- Creation of a consistent approach to internal and external hire in support of the Talent agenda
- Full review and management of the Recruitment agency relationships and terms
About you:
We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional with 'in house' experience. Professional, dynamic and motivated, with ability to work alone and partner the team.
Influential & confident, organised & flexible, you must have a problem solving can-do attitude.
You must also ideally have:
- Good analytical skills and systems savvy
- Proven experience in recruitment at a Business Partner level
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the business
- Knowledge and understanding of Early Careers & Graduate recruitment
