Duties
Management, coordination and delivery of PPM service contracts and compliance works
Scheduling engineers and reactive call out's
Inspection reports and certificates
Liaising directly with customers and engineers
Small works quotations and invoice generation
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for a growing book of service contracts
Planning and delivery of PPM's and compliance works
Customer service and support
Service software development, expansion and refinement
Maintaining strong and long-lasting client relationships
Must haves;
Fire industry specific experience
A good understanding of service contracts, PPMs and small works
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
Reliable, sociable & highly communicative
IT/service software knowledge
Self-motivated with an eye for detail
A strong ability to take ownership and be resourceful
