MPI have a requirement for Fitter Wirers to be based at our Clients manufacturing facility, located in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. AL3 6XT.
Our Clients are Switchgear Equipment manufacturers.
This role is Temp to Perm for the right candidate with the opportunity to join the site installation team
Rate of pay GBP14.20 per hour PAYE/GBP17.95 per hour LTD.
(This role is in Scope of IR35).
Job Description:
This position entails the fitting and wiring of electrical power components within sheet metal enclosures.
This would include assisting the fitter operatives with the installation of main busbar systems when required.
Applicants must have the ability to be able to wire from electrical schematic diagrams.
The main roles with this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Wiring electrical components in accordance with schematic diagrams.
• Fitting electrical components to chassis plates and external covers.
• Fitting copper busbar systems up to 6300A.
• Assist with installation of LV switchgear at site when required
