McCarthy Stone are recruiting for a Salesforce Systems Administrator.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the smooth running and daily administration of the Salesforce system in order to ensure the continued, effective and reliable operation of our Salesforce implementation. The System Administrator will also contribute to the continual improvement of the processes and systems by performing administrative changes.
Key Responsibilities
* To be responsible for the daily administration all the Salesforce system across all channels.
* To act as the key point of contact for any support or administration matters relating to the current system, and being the contact for all system-wide matters, including best practices, Service Desk issues and software release communications.
* To be responsible for the Salesforce support queue, responding to new calls to the agreed service levels and managing the on-going support calls.
* To maintain and deliver Salesforce system administration, including maintenance of system parameters so as to ensure the continued, effective and reliable operation of all system modules.
* To support the Salesforce Development team with minor system developments including planning, co-ordination, testing and implementation of software amendments and upgrades, and communication with and training of end-users, to ensure successful implementation to the live system.
* When required to assist with the preparation of training material for new and existing Salesforce users, covering all system modules, including FAQ material, known issues and workarounds, where changes in functionality are to be implemented, and supporting the IT trainers in their delivery of the training.
* To liaise with other sector Salesforce users, in order to assist in resolving common problems.
* To develop communication with Salesforce end-users including the provision of best practice bulletins, newsletters and guidance notes.
* To support the Salesforce Solution Architect to maintain up-to-date documentation for all aspects of the Salesforce administration, including user manuals, and to develop and maintain a suite of Salesforce related pages on the Intranet.
* To undertake special projects and any other duties that may be assigned commensurate with the responsibility of the post.
* Support the Sales and marketing teams in developing a knowledge of Salesforce administration responsibilities so that they are able to offer support and cover as required.
* Always fully comply with McCarthy and Stone's policies and procedures.
* Undertake such other reasonable duties, commensurate with the job holder's experience and qualifications, as may be required for the smooth operation of the business
About you:
Knowledge & Experience
* The successful applicant will be have more than 3 years experience working in a similar role and must have extensive knowledge of Salesforce Administration.
* Certification in Salesforce Admin (ADM201)
* A good working knowledge of Pardot and implementation experience is desirable
* A working knowledge of CRM best practices and implementations.
