We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Software Product Owner (Salesforce) to join our Solutions Field Sales team based at our Whiteley office. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 per annum.

Where you'll fit in:

As our Software Product Owner (Salesforce), you will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that Onecom is maximising efficiency and capitalising on the full features and benefits of the company's Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities of our Software Product Owner (Salesforce):

- Defining the roadmap for desired changes and improvements to the software

- Agreeing business requirements and translate these into user stories for the Development team to implement

- Working with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles

- Composing appropriately detailed product specifications for feature requests and successfully handing these over to the Development team

- Proactively seeking out and identifying best practices to ensure smooth operation and business continuity

- Assisting with the change control process and "Change Management" Committee if appropriate

- Managing all processes that impact/relate to SFDC

- Managing and signing off new releases of SFDC

- Overseeing and maintaining fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other SFDC objects and functions

- Overseeing and managing on-going customisation/alteration of SFDC

- Owning the enhancement of workflows, functions and configurations within the SFDC environment

- Providing support functions if needed, assisting developers with diagnosis and resolution

- Liaising closely with the BA on all change requests (CR) to ensure the criteria for each CR is correct and will not conflict with other areas of the system, signing off changes

- Signing off changesets created by the Development team before uploading to the production environment

- Expanding the use of the company's software

- Communicating regularly with the user base regarding new product features, enhancements and changes

- Continually seeking ways to further enhance the end-user experience

- Assisting the learning and development team in all aspects and best use of the software

- Being the company SME for Salesforce

What you'll need to succeed as our Software Product Owner (Salesforce):

- Previous experience of working in an Agile software development environment

- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities for SFDC for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot and Communities

- Ideally SFDC certified, or working towards, and then maintaining Salesforce Administration certification with new releases

- The ability to tackle potential problems with own initiative

- Excellent technical skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written

- Adaptability and initiative

- The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload

- A pro-active approach

- Strong system skills

- The ability to engage at all levels of Business Stakeholders and drive desirable outcomes

- Previous experience as a Software Product Owner will be advantageous
