Job Title: Compliance Manager
Salary: GBP35,000 per annum
Location: Potters Bar
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
COMPANY PROFILE:
An innovative and growing business based in Potters Bar are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their thriving compliance team on a permanent full-time basis.
Having built up a fantastic reputation over the last 30 years our client is keen to continue to deliver a fantastic service to their customers and compliance is a key focus for them. The successful candidate will be managing a team of 2 compliance advisers and be responsible for delivering a fantastic compliance programme that supports the business endeavours. The role will be initially office based for training, then the successful candidate may have the option to work from home on a part time basis.
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Must have previous Compliance experience.
* Previous experience managing compliance advisors.
* Be detail focused.
* Be friendly and outgoing.
* Have a fantastic telephone manner.
* Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sustain and improve the clients established compliance structure.
* Retain the client's risk register.
* Liaising with managers and other colleagues on all issues concerning risk & compliance
* Present and achieve authorisation for & roll out the yearly compliance plan.
* Assisting and dealing with all queries, and complaints etc
* Providing compliance reviews
* Ownership for ensuring all staff receive correct training in regard to compliance.
