Taxi Driver and Desk Operator

Private Hire Taxi Drivers and Desk Operators wanted to operate throughout the county of Flintshire, N. Wales, working on a system of 6 separate shifts of 60 drivers on each shift, between the hrs of "12:00HRS TO 00:00HRS" on DAYSHIFT and "00:00HRS TO 12:00HRS" on NIGHTSHIFT, (NOON TILL MIDNIGHT / MIDNIGHT TILL NOON) with low cost licence fee commission rates to the "Taxi Operator" of no more than GBP5 per working day or GBP35 per working week coming from both the "Desk Ops and Taxi Drivers" on every shift payable either on a day to day basis if paying per day or a 3 week standing order of GBP35 if choosing the working weekly rate. The "Desk Operator" on each individual shift takes a 5% commission fee from the takings of all the drivers on their shift plus anyone doing O/T, the shifts are as follows:-

WK.1 = SUNDAY TO SATURDAY DAYSHIFT

WK.2 AND WK.3 = FORTNIGHT OFF

WK.4 = SUNDAY TO SATURDAY NIGHTSHIFT

WK.5 AND WK.6 = FORTNIGHT OFF

WK.7 = PATTERN REPEATS ITSELF

This shift system gives you the option to have the time off that you are not otherwise able to have off as self employed personnel or do up to 7 dys or nts O/T and still have one week off, it also affords you more awake time with your family as well as putting all 3 peak time runs (SCHOOL / WORK / NIGHTCLUB) on equal terms with each other, instead of the 6/6 shift version which is more beneficial to dayshift as a result of the nightshift only having the nightclub runs. Drivers need to pass a DVLA driver medical and advance DBS check to meet council rules and regs for licence and badge, desk ops just need a basic DBS check, This is a permanent position working throughout Flintshire taking the business directly to the customer instead of the customer coming to the office doing away with unneccessary long waiting times, no matter where in the county the customer is, there will be a taxi nearby, which means more business your way.
