LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT
32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum
From 6 September 2021
Devonport High School for Girls is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support the learning, educational progress and inclusion of a student with a visual impairment. The position is fixed term for 3 years.
Applicants will need a Teaching Assistant NVQ3 or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience working with young people in an educational setting. Previous experience or training in working with students with a visual impairment is desirable.
The post is for 32.5 hours per week for 39 weeks per year. The salary is Grade C Points 5-7 (£19,312 - £20,092).
