Association of Learning are one of the UK's leading online learning providers. Based in Llandudno, we are a small, friendly, and highly motivated team with a great 'start-up' culture.

We're looking to expand our customer service team as we continue to grow as a business.

You must be within commutable distance from Llandudno - whilst this will initially be a fully remote/work from home role, we will be moving into our (brand new!) offices in Llandudno when the time is right.

Role Overview

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for ensuring we deliver impeccable service to our customers.

A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, you will be highly organised and ensure all issues are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner.

Role responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Liaise with our course tutors when needed
  • Handle issues and customer complaints
  • Work with other team members when necessary

Requirements

  • Great level of written English
  • Can construct helpful, concise and well-written emails
  • Comfortable handling phone enquiries
  • Uses initiative and attention to detail to investigate and solve problems
  • Dependable, reliable and responsible
  • Willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Commitment to serving customers at the highest level
  • Experienced user of technology: web browsers/web-based systems, word processors and email software
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance, and its impact on the company's success

No role specific experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. We'll provide a phone and PC, you just need to provide a suitable work from home environment, with a stable, fast internet connection.

Benefits

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Permanent, full-time contract.

  • Salary: Starting salary of GBP17,500 per annum. Company pension and private healthcare available.

  • Location: Remote initially, then working from the office in Llandudno.

  • Annual leave: 21 days, plus 8 bank holidays (after the 2nd year, increases by one day per year, up to 25 days).
