Property Manager - Whiteley, Fareham

Job Purpose:

To provide property management support to landlords and tenants in producing inventories, mid term inspections and check out reports.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Promote and deliver a high standard of customer service.

• Visit properties to carry out Inventories, Mid Term Inspections and Check Out Reports
• Administering TDS Claims
• Administering deposit releases
• Dealing with complaints from Landlords and Tenants
• Working on our Jupix IT system to log all details of properties, maintenance etc - for which full training will be provided

• Obtaining quotations for maintenance work from Contractors
• Driving licence essential
