We are working with one of our Newport based Clients. We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join the tight knit, busy team. This is a full-time 3 month FTC offering a favourable salary up to GBP22,000. My client is looking to get the successful candidate to start as soon as next week.

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate absence - inputting, monitoring, collating/chasing absence notes.
Co-ordinating Occupational Health schedules and referrals
Supporting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Conduct, sickness absence trigger meetings and to monitor sickness levels.
Update and maintain HR systems. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working within HR. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally have previous experience working with various HRIS software.
