Project Surveyor - 6 month FTC

Project Surveyor required for one of the countries largest providers of affordable housing, to be a key member of the Technical Services team who are responsible for the Groups Asset and Invesment Programme.

The role is home based, with travel to sites for surveys required.

Project Surveyor duties:
* Responsible for the procurement, contract management and delivery of investment programmes
* Produce programmes of work and monitor project performance
* End to end delivery of projects within the programme- including the effective planning, design, mobilisation and delivery of works
* Commissioning pre start and/or specialist surveys and technical advice as required.
* Carrying out designer/principal designer duties and ensuring that all CDM requirements are met

Project Surveyor criteria:

In depth knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
NEBOSH qualification
National General Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
P405 Asbestos Awareness
Social Housing experience - with reference to disrepair insurance and fire risk works
