We are looking for an experienced, instinctive Senior Creative with a minimum of 10 years' agency experience, to fill a new position within a thriving B2B digital creative agency in Milton Keynes. You'll be part of a collaborative creative team working across campaigns and marketing communications for global brands. The job is full-time and permanent, on a part-remote basis (minimum 3 days a week at the UK hub in Milton Keynes) and comes with a competitive salary. This role is commutable from Northampton, Leicester, Coventry, Oxford, Banbury, Bedford, Luton, Aylesbury and Hemel Hempstead

The Role
As Senior Creative, you will report to the Creative Director with the view to helping them to evolve the agency creatively. You will have the ability to take ownership of projects working closely with the Strategy team, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Video/Motion, Media and Front-End Developers. You will formulate ideas, and design effective solutions across fully integrated campaigns with the confidence to present the creative narrative to the client. An ability to get under the skin of the client's brand is essential and you will also attend client visits and calls to discuss briefs. Working with the account teams, you will not be frightened to challenge briefs and ideas in a constructive way to find the right creative solution.
