Performance Marketing Manager

THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a passion for digital marketing to join the dynamic marketing team here at T DOT UK; based out of our Bournemouth office, just a minute walk from the beach. In this exciting, fast-paced role you'll work with the wider team to create and deliver captivating cross channel campaigns. You'll manage large campaigns via Email, SMS, Google, Bing & Social Media and provide analysis on campaign performance, purchasing patterns and web traffic. You'll drive independent optimisation plans and implement new initiative and opportunities to ensure digital excellence is achieved on each campaign.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

• Have 2+ years marketing experience, specifically within the Lead Generation & ideally within Financial Services
• Have proven experience managing end to end Email, PPC & Social Media Campaigns
• Be happy working with campaign data to derive insight and inform decision making.
• Creative and passionate about PPC/digital marketing
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong relationship builder
