For this role, we require a results-focused, agile professional who can work at PACE across large-scale operations.
Contributing to scoping and delivery of complex projects with capex budgets ranging from GBP250k-GBP1m.
Defining technical scope for complex projects contributing to network service availability and performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work "client-side". This function is responsible for defining and then delivering the 3-year technology strategy for across Network, IT, Digital & Data.
This includes network, OSS, and process developments to successfully meet not only the business but also the industry objectives.
Experience required:
Effective project management and stakeholder management skills (waterfall and agile SAFE).
Experience of defining and delivering complex IT and Network developments.
Knowledge of fixed telecommunications networks.
Knowledge of OSS (Operation Support Systems) and IT systems desirable.
Experience of leading complex projects.
Experience of defining customer or solution requirements.
Proven track record of working as part of a technology team.The role:
The Network Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for defining technical requirements and leading delivery of network-based solutions. These solutions are exploiting the businesses current network through technical enhancements to maximise revenue generation, provide reliable customer service and deliver network developments.
The purpose of this role is to define the scope of complex technical projects from conception through to operational acceptance. You will use waterfall and agile approaches, with significant engagement across wider technical teams in the organisation (design, test, operations, etc), bringing parties together to clarify and resolve issues. Tight grip will be required on plans, costs and risks, as well as first class stakeholder management skills.

Replatforming (hardware, infrastructure) of legacy network element managers.
Leading developments to support medium complexity network migrations.
Driving improvement into IT and process to support network uplift and migration (eg workflow and automation).
