As part of our change programme, we have a requirement for an experienced business partner who will champion resourcing with senior stakeholders helping us to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.

What you will be doing
As a Resourcing Partner, you will work as a senior member of the central resourcing team and help foster relationships across the organisation whilst providing subject matter expertise.

You will manage campaigns whilst also leading on the process of recruitment activity for identified service areas helping to develop a resourcing plan for the provision of high quality, cost-effective professional recruitment services in support of business goals.

What we are looking for
You will be an experienced recruitment / talent acquisition specialist with:
* Experience of productive relationship building with internal stakeholders
* Experience of developing metrics, monitoring and reporting to deliver efficiency's in organisational resourcing approaches and practice
* Experience of delivering in a project environment
* Knowledge of the legislative context for UK employment and understanding
* Professional knowledge and experience of recruitment and selection methods and approaches
* Ability to advise on a wide range of recruitment methods
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns
* Consultancy skills gained within an in-house or RPO role

The Resourcing Team are at the heart of the British Red Cross; working across the organisation with a committed approach to attracting the best quality of candidates and providing effective solutions for hiring managers.

You'll be part of a close-knit Resourcing team, who are responsible for managing the recruitment activities for of all permanent and fixed term contract roles in the UK. You'll also be supported by a manager who is continuously looking to improve our processes and ways of working, and identify ways to better support our diverse workforce.
