Housing Customer Care Advisor
We are currently working with a social housing provider in the Merseyside area who are looking to recruit a temporary Customer Services Officer. This role will involve working within the customer contact team, who are the first point of contact to their customers.
As a Customer Care Officer, key duties will include:
Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with effectively
Liaise with all departments, contractor and partner agencies
Maintaining all records effectively, utilising internal systems
Completing customer satisfaction surveys
General administration tasksSkills and Experience Required:
Experience of dealing with the public in a service environment
Knowledge of housing is desirable
Experience of working within a customer services and/or care background
Good customer care skills.This is an immediate opportunity to work within a busy team environment. This role will be office based- Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. Please contact me for further details
