Our prestigious client based in Inverness looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their well established and rapidly growing team.

Duties

* Responsible for the full generalist HR service,

* Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on a daily basis regarding policies, procedures and complex terms and conditions of service.

* Be first point of contact for all employee relations issues including discipline, grievance and performance management and will manage a caseload supporting managers through these processes.

Essential Requirements

* Full or part CIPD qualified

* A good understanding of all HR processes including recruitment, absence management, pension and benefits administration etc.

* A good working knowledge of employment legislation and experience of casework.

* Have excellent customer service and communication skills with a responsive and customer centred approach to service delivery.

* The ability to produce accurate management information is key, and you will utilise data from a variety of sources including Excel spreadsheets and paper records.

The role is busy and varied, so a flexible approach to work is essential.
