Real Estate Finance Solicitor
My client is a leading law firm in Manchester City Centre and are a National Law Firm
They are looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their Real Estate team, based in Spinningfields.
Having undergone several years of continuous growth across several practice areas including real estate, the firm is known for offering highly competitive salaries, a fantastic benefits package, and also benefits from an excellent quality of work within residential conveyancing.
You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 2-4 years PQE with a strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
Main Skills Required;
• Good working knowledge of full range of real estate finance / secured lending lender only matters, including short term bridging finance and complex transactions.
• Ability to draft / approve draft security documentation amended as appropriate to individual clients / referrers.
• Ability to undertake thorough title due diligence, raise appropriate enquiries and monitor / approve responses from borrower's solicitor.
• Ability to review facility letters / offers of finance and to interpret, understand, explain and satisfy special conditions of offer and conditions precedent to drawdown.
