I am working with a client in Cwmbran who are looking for a fluent French Speaking credit controller to join their busy, friendly team. You would be responsible for working closely with their French office and customer base managing your own ledger.
Main responsibilities include:
Chasing outstand debt from customers by telephone and email
Collecting invoices from customers
Dealing with incoming phone queries from customers.
Leasing with customers on payment dates.
Using aged debtor report to decide who to chase for debts not paid within agreed terms
Any reconciliations required.
Reviewing credit limits and spend, hi-lighting any issues in reviews. Experience:
Ideally, you'll have some experience in accounts payable or credit control but if you come from a strong customer service background, that would be great
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Perseverance within a fast-paced environment Working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday working with a great, stable organisation where you can really have autonomy with opportunity for growth.
It is essential in order to be considered for this role that you can speak and write in Fluent French and this will be tested
