Project & Installation Administrator
Telford
Temp-to-Perm
GBP19,000 - GBP24,000 depending on experience
Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm / Friday 8:30am-3:00pm
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading company based in Telford on a temp-to-perm basis. The role will be assisting the Project Coordinator and the Installation Coordinator. This is an opportunity for the role to develop into a career. The company offer 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and have an early finish on a Friday.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
* Raise opportunities on CRM system
* Convert opportunities to orders on CRM system
* Issue order acknowledgements
* Gather relevant project file information for order processing
* Progress over time to the point of being able to process basic orders unaccompanied
* Prepare and provide documentation to engineering teams
* Sourcing competitive plant and sundry equipment for the various projects
* Assist with producing risk and method statements
* Monitor and update H & S training matrix
* Issuing documentation to end users
* Answer phone and take messages
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous office based experience, ideally in a similar role
* IT literate including MS Office. Experience of using a CRM advantageous
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Strong commercial awareness
* Hands on approach, happy to go into the warehouse where required
* Experience of CAD and/or the engineering sector would be advantage but not essential
