We are looking for an experienced receptionist and administrator, who is a friendly and enthusiastic person, to join our team to work full time.  We are a GP practice in Fulham.  The right candidate will have excellent customer service and a willingness to learn.

About the job:

Full time (37.5 hours)

Immediate start (or as soon as possible)

Shifts rotate between the hours of 0800 and 1800

Monday to Friday 

Salary in line with the living wage

 

 

About you:

You must have excellent customer service as you will be the first point of contact for patients.

You must have enthusiasm and motivation to learn and be able to work within a team.

You must be able to present yourself in a professional manner and be able to communicate confidently whilst showing care towards patients.

You must be able to work flexibly on a shift pattern between the hours of 0800 and 1800

 

 

Key aspects of the job:

Welcoming patients

Answering and navigating phone calls

Filing, photocopying and scanning

Processing and issuing prescriptions 

Providing support to the whole practice team to ensure efficient and effective running of the practice
