They are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaning Operations Manager to lead their Mobile cleaning teams and this exciting opportunity will be perfect for that ambitious person who is passionate about delivering excellence.

You will be the 'face' of the business with the key to success in this pivotal role being your proven ability to manage simultaneous projects. Flexibility, and your ability to make quick, yet sound operational decisions, along with your natural ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels will be recognised and appreciated.

There are many key aspects to this varied and exciting role.

Key responsibilities

* Manage our Mobile Cleaning Teams, Ad Hoc & Specialist Works to deliver a high quality cleaning and specialist operation across multiple sites, including healthcare, office, education and Third Sector businesses.

* Manage and control the cleaning services to the agreed specification, quality and service standard required by all contracts, measured by both qualitative and financial targets.

* Actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site H&S compliance together with the monitoring of related equipment.

* Ability to liaise and work professionally and personably with all associated departments and staff

* Ensure sound employee relations and growth culture to include all employee training identification.

* Identify and rectify service improvement opportunities

* Receive and assess customer feedback and attend site client review meetings

* Plan and drive customer-led culture including customer retention policy

* Planning and monitoring quality control and quality management systems around client's requirements

* Complete budget management, including costs, resources and service delivery

* Generate and submit monthly KPI Reports

* Evaluated, communicate and rectify all internal audits conducted

* Ensure that risk reports are checked and analysed

* Ensure that cleaning programs are implemented and reported

* Lead by example and carry out cleaning tasks where required

* Deliver necessary equipment to sites (Ad hoc)

Experience required

* Previous management experience at a similar level

* Excellent interpersonal skills -demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence at all levels internally and externally.

* Excellent communication skills- verbal and written

* Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to contribute as an effective team member within the Management Team.

* Demonstrate a positive client focused approach and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.

* The ability to organise your workload, juggle priorities and meet deadlines.

* Self motivated and enthusiastic.

* Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety and HR legal requirements.

* The ability to work flexibly where required.

* Have an understanding and experience of managing budgets and strict wage control.
