Administrator - Central Norwich - Excellent package
Our client is a leading commercial and agricultural property company. They have an immediate vacancy in their agricultural department for an experienced Administrator.
Some secretarial work, e.g. taking dictation, filing, preparing reports
Completing clerical tasks for Partners/ Senior staff
Client communication on behalf of line manager, including telephone calls, e-mail correspondence and setting up meetings
Corresponding with contractors
Managing internal databases
Managing own workload/ autonomous working, including pre-empting future work and requirements
Involvement in wider departmental work
Requirements for the role:
Previous experience of administration work required.
GCSE's or equivalent; no formal qualifications needed beyond this level
Good verbal and written communication skills, telephone manner
Strong understanding of internal systems and databases, including Microsoft Office, Agency Pilot and Access
Ability to take initiative, manage own workload and pre-empt future work
Willing to travel to other offices if required on occasion
General office duties, e.g. Reception cover, opening incoming post to be decided at local office level by Office Manager.
The role carries a starting salary of GBP20-24,000 per annum plus benefits .
