Randstad are delighted to be working alongside one of the UK's largest property owners, boasting 1000s of properties and a portfolio of over GBP3billion. They are recruiting for an Energy Efficiency Manager to drive energy and cost savings as well as working with colleagues and site tenants across the country to identify and implement efficiency projects.

Main Duties:

Conduct audits to identify energy efficiency/water reduction opportunities and zero carbon projects to be implemented throughout the business and to specific key properties.
Develop a business case based on these audits, taking account of overall investment, savings, ROI and utilising your knowledge of BMS, HVAC and energy systems.
Lead on the energy engagement programme, working alongside Facilities Managers, construction & minor works managers and regional energy leads to ensure all projects and plans are implemented and that standards and appropriate methodologies are followed.
Track savings to better identify and develop new technologies and innovations, identifying successes and problem properties.Experience:

Previous experience within an energy management role, with a focus on carrying out audits and producing large scale business cases.
Degree educated within an energy/property subject and ideally a member of a relevant professional body.
Previous experience of working on a large, varied property portfolio across a wide area.
