Murray Recruitment have a new opportunity available for an FM Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a mobile role across various commercial contracts that run across Central Scotland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient engineering maintenance and reactive works whilst providing excellent customer service to our client.
Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* The role involves carrying out planned, responsive and recurring maintenance/remedial works on electrical plant
* To provide emergency callout response for the client as required and work as part of a call out Rota (current on call is 1/8)
* Management of contractors as required.
* Working safely and efficiently to ensure client requirements are met.
* To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
* To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately.
* Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Electrician NVQ level 3
* 18th edition - BS7671
* Experience of carrying out PPM/ reactive maintenance.
* Previous experience working within a busy commercial FM environment.
* Full driving licence.
* You should be based in Edinburgh/ Fife/ Lothian area to travel to the required sites.
Salary:
* GBP32,000- GBP34,000 (open to negotiation and is dependent on experience)
* Van + Fuel card
* Mobile
* Laptop
* Handheld PDA system
* Uniform
* Overtime
* On-call available (1/8)
* Additional training and upskilling opportunities
* Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
