This is a fantastic opportunity to be working as a Business Administration Apprentice to effectively manage suppliers relationships and product stock levels to ensure fulfilment of our customer orders. Vacancy Description
Planning:
Prioritise the flow of products or services based on evolving and changing information, meeting critical deadlines to ensure the efficient running of the supply chain, including unexpected demand.
Use continuous improvement techniques to improve performance in the supply chain, such as forecast accuracy.
Pro-actively plan and forecast required stock levels to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of orders, investigate variances and amend accordingly.
ensure alignment with business objectives on availability, costs and efficiencies are met.
Pro-actively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring availability risks are managed.
Demand and Inventory Management:
Manage product range and stock levels within required target levels to meet customer demand.
Interaction with marketing, sales and customer contacts to understand demand forecast drivers
Identify supply and demand issues through insights gained from a real-time view of current market trends through suppliers and reports.
Sourcing & Product Management:
Ensure products are sources and delivered on time
Identify, manage and escalate risks to the business, such as customers significantly exceeding their forecast, supplier failures, delivery failures and customer relationship issues through to not fulfilling an order in full, to ensure that products are available whenever and wherever consumers choose to purchase, at the lowest possible cost.
Supplier Performance Management - build relationships with suppliers to ensure achievement of best price and fulfilment of service level agreements.
Return of Goods - ensuring an effective returns process for customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Management - collate, analyse and summarise the reporting of all performance on a timely basis.
Manipulate and interpret constantly changing data sets to inform decision making on the supply chain function(s)
Analyse data to identify key trends and themes that affect the supply chain, make recommendations to internal and external customers.
Complete supply chain documentation for audit requirements

GCSE Maths/English C/4 or equivalent.
Working Week/Wage
Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with half hour unpaid lunch
