We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join our busy and multi-functional Customer Services department to provide excellent administrative service.

Customer Services Administrator Responsibilities:

• Contacting customers by telephone and in writing to clarify outstanding issues relating to case registration forms.
• Inputting customer details and case data into the computer.
• Preparation and despatch of automated standard form letters.
• Compilation, storage and despatch of mouth swab and finger prick sampling kits.
• Provide reception cover by answering the switchboard and dealing with external and internal visitors.

Customer Services Administrator Requirements:

• This is a busy and varied role that would suit a highly organised and structured individual who is used to completing tasks to strict deadlines.
• The ability to copy type with a high level of accuracy and handle a range of tasks is essential. You will also have good concentration, meticulous attention to detail, and accurate record keeping as well as the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms.
• Due to the nature of work we undertake, all applicants must have lived in the UK continuously in the past 3 years and will be required to obtain security clearance which we will arrange.
