Weekend Estate Agent

Intercounty are looking to recruit a Weekend Estate Agent to join us in Saffron Walden as well as supporting our surrounding network of branches when required.

This role provides the opportunity to develop key skills and knowledge relating to all aspects of estate agency, as 'no' industry experience is required, all we ask is you are professional, friendly and have the highest regard in providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities included but are not limited to; meeting and greeting all visitors, registering, booking viewings and valuations and carry out viewings where appropriate, dealing with incoming enquires and actioning efficiently and compiling updates on the daily sales and lettings activity.

In return you will be provided with first class training and development to support you in this role.

The successful individual must have:

• A valid UK driving licence and access to their own Vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and tome management skills
• An excellent telephone manner
• An ability to build excellent and lasting customer relationships
