Recruitment and Compliance Trainer
Salary: GBP40,000 + car + additional benefits
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00 (with some flexibility)
Location: Leeds (but travel required)

Due to our continuous growth and internal development strategies, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment and Compliance Trainer to work closely with Mach's internal teams.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a "hands on" practical approach to training and development needs, and a passion for high performance working. The role will be based out of our Leeds office, with aspects of remote working and national travel between on-sites and our "High Street" branches as well.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* To deliver compliance and recruitment training programmes
* Training records management and progress of internal staff competencies, addressing any gaps, and finding solutions to provide opportunities for their continued development
* Working closely with Senior Management Team to contribute towards continuous improvement
* Keeping abreast with relevant training & development best practices etc.
* Collaborate with training providers to facilitate successful outcomes
Key Skills of the Role:
* Researching, building, and developing structured and interactive training sessions with experience of recruitment process and compliance
* Delivering training sessions across diverse audiences that engage participants
* Developing metrics to assess effectiveness against desired business goals and learning outcomes
* Practical experience of coaching and mentoring
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A CIPD Certificate or Diploma in Learning & Development desirable, but this is not essential
